The practical experience program at Bao Minh is a practical activity that gives students the opportunity to see firsthand the production line and stages of making traditional products. At the same time, arouse pride in national cuisine and spread love for traditional confectionery.
At the beginning of the tour, the EBBA student group visited the factory with an area of 5,000 square meters – where traditional confectionery products are currently on the market.
Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company always strictly complies with food hygiene and safety regulations, so all visiting groups are equipped with protective equipment: hoods, uniforms, and new company slippers.
During the visit, students were introduced to each production line and the stages of making each product. Bao Minh focuses on investing in many modern machines and advanced equipment, maximally supporting the production process, providing large output of products to the market every day.
Nguyen Trung Anh (EBBA student) shared: “I have eaten Bao Minh’s cakes a lot but have never witnessed the production process with my own eyes. Today, having a practical experience at the company, I feel very happy and have opened my eyes. The production process is very professional and hygienic, so I feel secure and confident in using the product next time.”
After visiting the factory, the students met and interacted with the Company’s Board of Directors. This is also an important part of the practical experience so that children have the opportunity to understand more about Bao Minh company and understand more deeply about traditional products. Through the exchange, Mr. Pham The Hiep – Deputy General Director of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company also answered interesting questions from the students.
At the end of the exchange, Dr. Le Van Nam – Director of the VED Center shared: “On behalf of all lecturers and students of the BSNEU, we would like to thank the leadership of the Company. He hopes that through the factory tour and interaction with the Company’s leadership, students will learn about traditional confectionery and the value in each product.
