  • Methods to promote creativity: Brainstorming, SCAMPER.
  • Workshop: Apply creativity to find solutions to given problems.

Part 5: Soft skills in problem solving

  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork and team building.
  • Conflict handling and negotiation.

  • Theoretical teaching combined with practical situations: Each module will include theoretical lectures that provide the necessary knowledge base and practical situations so students can apply knowledge. Practice.
  • Group discussion and situation analysis: Students will be divided into small groups to discuss and analyze situations, thereby practicing teamwork and communication skills.
